Personal Training

Individualized training based on your goals, medical history, ability level and lifestyle. All sessions are either 30-minutes or 50-minutes.

Partner Training

Individualized training for you and your partner based on your goals, medical history, ability levels, and lifestyle. This is a great way to increase accountability and enjoyment when engaging in a lifestyle change! All sessions are 30-minutes or 50-minutes.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private (3-5 people) training based on your goals, medical history, ability levels, and lifestyle. This is a great way to increase accountability and enjoyment when engaging in a lifestyle change!

Nutrition Counseling

Individualized nutrition counseling based on your goals, medical history, ability level and lifestyle. Minimum 3-month commitment required.

Virtual Classes & Training

The amazing training and classes we have in-person, are now offered virtually via Zoom! Our entire class schedule is offered virtually and in-person, and training works the same as in-person, we are just meeting on Zoom instead of in MJ Fit! We have clients who choose this option if they workout from home, apartment/condo gym, or at a big-box gym. Just put in some headphones, and we will be right there with you!

Small Group Classes

Small group training that can be customized to fit all ability levels. Keeping the classes small allows your instructor to walk around and provide guidance and form corrections while still making sure you get a high calorie burning workout! This is a great way to build a community of accountability among your fellow class-goers.
