8 Week Basic Strength Training Program at the Gym
This program is perfect for those without any gym experience, or those who have not been in the gym for awhile. You will cover all the basics of strength training, with all exercises being easy to regress or progress. You need to be in a gym, or have access to dumbbells and bands for this program. For this program, we recommend training a minimum of 3 days per week, but ideally 4-5, including 3 days of cardio that can be done in addition to your strength workouts.
