8 Week Introduction to Olympic Lifting
Do you have a solid understanding of strength training form, and want to take your workouts to the next level? If so, then this program is for you! You will begin training toward completing the clean, snatch, and jerk, and this program focuses on progressions toward these lifts, with accessory strength movements in all of the workouts. We encourage you to send us videos during this program, so we can assess form, as this is more of an intermediate program. We recommend training 4-5 days per week to achieve optimal success from this program.
