8-Week Introduction to Powerlifting
If you have a good lifting foundation, and have been considering competing in a powerlifting meet, then this program is perfect for you! It will give you some significant strength and size gains. This program is not designed to prepare you entirely for a powerlifting meet. We work with clients on an individual basis for full preps, because we want to address and correct your individual sticking points and weak areas. This is an 8-week program, and it is recommended for intermediate athletes who are new to powerlifting, or who are looking for a powerlifting coach and want to work though a sample program before choosing. You can always reach out to our coaches for more explanation on exercises/movements in the program. There are 5 strength/power days.
