8-Week Obstacle Course Prep
If you are preparing for an obstacle course race, like a Tough Mudder, Spartan, or GoRuck, then this program will get you there! This is an 8-week program, and it is recommended for intermediate athletes. A basic understanding of strength training is recommended, but you can always reach out to our coaches for more explanation on exercises/movements in the program. There are 4 strength/conditioning days, and 3 cardio days. The strength and cardio can be performed on the same day if needed/preferred.
