Class Descriptions

Fat Blaster is a 30 minute class focusing on metabolic conditioning with the goal of burning as many calories as possible in 30 minutes. This class is challenging and combines strength movements with conditioning exercises to keep the heart pumping throughout class. If you are short on time, but want to fit in a great workout, this is the class for you! You can expect to feel that “after burn” for the rest of the day, so be sure to eat and hydrate appropriately!

HIIT + Kettlebell Strength is a 45 minute class focusing on strength training for the first ½ of class, and the second ½ is conditioning focused with high intensity intervals. The class is fun, fast-paced, and very effective at creating strong, toned, and lean physique! Expect to be corrected on your form if needed–this is a class led by one of our personal trainers!

Barre is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. The classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static and dynamic stretches. Barre focuses on high reps of small-range movements, mixing in full-range functional movements as well. This class is great for all ability levels. The instructors are highly trained and can always provide progressions and regressions if needed!

Yoga is a 60 minute class with the first ½ being energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. The teacher will have complete authority of the sequence of postures and will provide options for various progressions into poses. The second ½ of class is restorative yoga which is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. This class is great for all ability levels.

Stretching & Recovery is a 30 minute class focused on recovery movements, soft tissue work, and a mix of static and dynamic stretches. You will feel calm and restored after class, and this is great for all ability levels.

This class is designed to provide pregnant people with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies as well as other parents-to-be, connecting their experience to others in their community as well as that of birthing people throughout history, tapping into the innate wisdom within.
You will be guided through asana that prepares you for pregnancy, giving birth, and provides a foundation for postpartum recovery. Cultivate a new awareness that will assist you through labor and delivery, and find a deeper connection with your growing baby.

Interweaving childbirth education as well as addressing aches and pains associated with pregnancy, this class will help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, provide relief and comfort to the areas of the body most impacted by your growing belly. Taught with a strong focus on alignment and a healthy dose of humor, these classes help you navigate your changing body and life with grace and acceptance.

This is also a wonderful class to take as you recover from the physical trauma of birth.

You will learn safe and challenging core, strength, and cardio exercises tailored to your ability level so that everyone is challenged regardless of fitness experience and stage of pregnancy. A circuit base class safe and effective circuits for a growing belly for every trimester. Circuits are themed for pregnant women and preparing to take care of a baby.

Ex: preparing for labor by doing squats, carrying heavy car seats, and stroller lunges to the park

This prenatal exercise program is designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. class is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are perfect for pregnant women, and new moms. If you are interested in a lower-impact class, but are not pregnant, you are welcome to join in as well!
