Class Descriptions

Yoga is a 60 minute class with the first ½ being energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. The teacher will have complete authority of the sequence of postures and will provide options for various progressions into poses. The second ½ of class is restorative yoga which is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. This class is great for all ability levels.
